Constant torque variable speed AC drive is used to operate 550 hp
power-rated asynchronous motor with supply voltage rating of 500 - 690
Volts at supply frequency range of 50/60 Hz. It has line current rating
of 491 Amps at 600 Volts, 498 Amps at 690 Volts and 544 Amps at 500
Volts. It is rated at 543 Amps and 595/690 VAC. It has a power rating of
550 hp. The 3-Phase AC drive uses sensor/sensorless flux vector type
controls for adjusting AC motor speed and torque. It has a control
voltage of 24 VDC. It is used to drive pump and fan motor in HVAC
applications. It measures 44.090 Inch x 54.720 Inch. Drive is provided
with heat sink to use in normal environment and ventilated enclosure.
Modbus and CANopen protocol standards are integrated into the drive
controller for connecting industrial network. Modbus based module
transmits data at a rate of 4.8 - 38.4 kbps and CANopen based module
transmits data at rate of 20 kbps - 1 Mbps.
Driver has nominal output current rating of 528 Amps at 575 Volts, 543 Amps at 690 Volts, 590 Amps at 500 Volts. It has maximum transient current rating of 973.5 Amps for about 2 seconds, 885 Amps for about 60 seconds. Nominal switching frequency of drive is 2.5 kHz and output frequency rating is 0.1 - 500 Hz. It has variable speed levels with +/- 10% accuracy for adjusting motor rotation. Red color LED is provided to signal drive operation and has a frame size of 15. Driver has 0.6 Nm - 41 Nm tightening torque terminals for accommodating 14 AWG conductors. Internal circuits of drive have supply voltage rating of 24 Volts with overload/short-circuit protection for safer operation.
AC Drive has adjustable PI regulator to control speed range for asynchronous motor from 1 - 100 in open loop mode. The asynchronous motor is adjusted from 1 - 1000 in closed loop mode and synchronous motor from 1 - 50 in open loop mode. It is provided with EMC filter for maintaining correct working of electrical and electronic systems. It has six logic, two analog inputs and one analog output. It has insulation resistance greater than 1 mega-Ohm at 500 VDC for safer operation. It comes with number of optional communication and programmable card for connecting multiple high performance peripherals. Drive is enclosed in NEMA 1, IP20 enclosure that provides protection against external harsh environmental condition.
Driver has dielectric strength of 5345 VDC between control and power terminals, 3110 VDC between earth and power terminals. The 2-Wire drive features one RJ45 connector at Modbus front face, one RJ45 connector at Modbus on terminal and Male SUB-D 9 on RJ45 connector for CANopen. It has vibration resistant of 0.6 GN, shock resistance of 4 GN and noise levels of 77 dB for consistent and reliable operation. Driver has operating temperature rating of -10 to 50 deg C, storage temperature rating of -25 to 70 deg C and works within 5 - 95% relative humidity environment. It is splashing liquid mounted. It can withstand a temperature range of 50 deg C. AC drive is UL listed, CSA/CE certified, ABS/DNV/GOST/WEEE/C-Tick/NOM 117 approved and RoHS compliant.

I. Square D/Schneider Electric QO® brand Load Centers and Load Center Branch Circuit Breakers
Square D/Schneider Electric warrants its branch circuit breakers to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal care and proper usage in a residential installation, for the lifetime of the load center in
which it is installed. QO® brand load centers are also covered under the same lifetime warranty. If the circuit
breaker or QO brand load center fails within the warranty period because of a defect in material or workmanship,
Square D/Schneider Electric will replace the defective breaker free of charge upon following the notice procedures
below and return of the product to place
of purchase.
II. Square D/Schneider Electric Single-Phase Load Centers and Combination Service Entrance Devices
Square D/Schneider Electric warrants its single-phase load centers and combination service entrance devices to be
free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal care and proper usage in a residential installation, for
a period of 10 years from the date of installation, when used with Square D/Schneider Electric circuit breakers
described in Section 1. If the product fails within the warranty period because of a defect in material or
workmanship, Square D/Schneider Electric will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part or parts upon
following the notice procedures below and return of product to place of purchase.
III. Additional Information
Notice requirements and limitations applicable to Square D/Schneider Electric warranties are:
Square D/Schneider Electric must be given prompt written notice of any defect or failure of any product
covered by the warranty.
Any product returned under this warranty, if shipped, must be sent freight costs prepaid. Square D/Schneider
Electric will deliver repaired or replaced products to buyer, freight costs prepaid. Repaired or replaced product
shall be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period.
Any warranties granted or liabilities assumed hereunder will not apply to products that have been damaged,
altered, repaired or operated otherwise than in conformity within the requirements for safe operation and
maintenance. This warranty does not include costs or reimbursement
for labor.
All Square D/Schneider Electric circuit breaker, load center and combination service entrance device warranties
are void if products are used with any UL Classified circuit breaker or any circuit breaker other than the
SquareD/Schneider Electric circuit breakers marked on the load center or combination service entrance device
label or wiring diagram.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN AND
